I could use a little Mozz

Ever since this summer's food writing adventure in New York City and a trip to Rhode Island to eat gorgeous food and talk with my mom's college friends, I've been periodically checking the NY Times Food and Dining section.

This new NYC Mozzarella Bar sounds genius, delicious and interesting.

Just as Maestro's Gelato is a hit amongst sophisticated LDS foodies, a mozzarella bar would have a chance in Provo because it's Word of Wisdom friendly.

Imagine meeting friends after class or work for a little burrata topped with balsamic reduction and fresh basil? Or if they offered French cheeses, perhaps a little wedge of brie with fig or apricot marmalade would please a discerning palate.

Sounds like a happy valley to me.
