No it's not a new version of Mozilla Firefox.
She is my new music obsession. Check it out.
I am guilty of watching The City (NOT The Hills). After they played the song "Manhattan" last show, I found myself promptly downloading her two albums.
I think she sounds like Natasha Bedingfield meets a pre-Timbaland Nelly Furtado (the "I'm like a bird" days).
Also digging...Four Leaf Clover, Let's Stop Calling it Love and her Weezer cover of Say It Aint So.
Magic already sounded really familiar (maybe from a Verizon commercial?)...the video is infectiously delightful...enjoy.
8 footnotes:
oh i like her!!!
and that song is so happy and catchy...i find myself humming it a lot in the office.
She's cool! I've never heard of her before but I like her music! Good find!
post-edit: I wish she didn't smile at the camera so much (like the entire time), but its still happy...
I am going to take this a different route and talk about how much I love Whitney Port. And Alex, as much as I was against watching The Hills, I got my times mixed up and ending up watching it before The City, and it's pretty entertaining. Just saying....
Nay, Whitney Port is a senseless tart. I watch it for all the shiny sweeping city views and Kelly Cutrone smackdowns (to reaffirm that I will never work in fashion) hahaha! Oh, and the Fackelmayers are gorgeous...
downloading this asap! love the weezer cover. also, apparently a girl who was formerly on the city is now on the show brothers and sisters (sundays, 10pm, ABC). i don't watch the city but a friend told me about it -- maybe you'd be interested to see her acting?
hi. i love this! YEAH. she's wonderful! and hi. :) shall we connect on yet ANOTHER medium? toby would be so proud. :) lol
